6 oz. can of tuna 1-2 stalks celery (finely chopped) 1 T. minced onion 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper
* Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl. Spread the mixture between two slices of bread, and wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil. Place sandwiches on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Enjoy warm or eat leftover sandwiches cold from the fridge.
